Kitchen Manager

Successful applicants should have 3- 5 years of varied cooking and supervisory/management experience. Will be involved in all facets of kitchen management: daily menu planning and preparation, inventory, ordering, scheduling, oversee and direct all kitchen staff including prep & line cooks & dish room.  Varied shifts; full time; evenings, weekends and holidays required. Restaurant is open year round. Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
