Born in Los Altos de Jalisco, Rayo is a traditional blue agave spirit that has made the journey to Moab, Utah. It comes directly from one family distiller producing small batches for generations in the premier tequila capital of Mexico.
Aged in American oak barrels for up to two years, then finished in our single malt whiskey barrels. All of that, and some desert heat, and we have Rayo Anejo. It is smooth, rich and lightly smoky.
