Born in Los Altos de Jalisco, Rayo is a traditional blue agave spirit that has made the journey to Moab, Utah. It comes directly from one family distiller producing small batches for generations in the premier tequila capital of Mexico.
Aged in American oak barrels for up to three years, then finished in our single malt whiskey barrels. All of that extra time and some desert heat, and we have Rayo Extra Anejo. This spirit is rich and complex with flavors of roasted piƱa, robust vanilla and sweet cocoa.
